Serving Our Local Churches: Through resourcing,
consultation, policy development, and other appropriate
measures we will help enhance congregational health and
growth.
New Life/ New Cells: We count as essential the privileges of winning people to Christ and giving birth to new congregations.
Church Renewal: In the life cycle of a congregation there are opportune times for major revitalization. We seek increased capacity to assist our congregations in self-evaluation and renewal as a congregation and influence in their community.
Leadership Development: A vital component of God’s work throughout history has been the medium of human leadership. We prize the development of servant-leaders at every level of church life and as integral to cultivating fully committed disciples of Jesus Christ.
Unity: Christ was passionate about unity. We also seek to be passionate about its development among our people within and between church fellowships.
Cultural Relevance: Understanding our culture(s) and knowing how to communicate Christ to them is a key to effective witnessing and disciple-making.
Self-Assessment: The Bible admonishes us to examine ourselves to see if we are on track. We must do the same for peak effectiveness at fulfilling our mission and the Great Commission.
