The Greater Ohio District Board of Administration has approved a partnership between the district and the National Wesleyan Church of Mexico.

District Superintendent Jeff Mansell shared with the board pictures and stories of the recent trip made by an exploratory team to Mexico made up of six Greater Ohio personnel.

Led by Rev. Martin Torres, National Superintendent, the church of Mexico has an intense passion to spread the gospel throughout their nation. The Greater Ohio District will focus on leadership development and church planting in coming alongside this passionate existing leadership.

Opportunities for work and witness teams from the District will be provided and partnerships between individual Greater Ohio and Mexican churches will be cultivated. Rev. Les Crossfield, District World Missions Director says, "I am excited about this partnership and wholeheartedly endorse it."
