Leadership Development: It is the vision of The Greater Ohio District to provide leadership training by offering academic, skill-specific, and Biblically-based programs that will equip leaders for personal development and effective ministry.

Church Multiplication: It is the vision of The Greater Ohio District to plant and establish new churches in strategic locations throughout the State of Ohio that will be capable of reproducing themselves in a reasonable time period. It is additionally desired that established local churches actively participate in the work of church multiplication.
